Exchange & Return Policy

In case of an exchange or return, customers are required to ship the item(s) back to our address within 7 days of the delivery date.

Important:
Exchange or return requests will only be processed if the returned item(s) are:

• Unused and unwashed
• Returned with all original accessories, including tags, labels, and poly bag

Courier Policy:
As per courier regulations, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making full payment. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
